The registration fee cover attendance to all scientific sessions and short courses, and one copy of Book of Abstracts. It also includes morning and afternoon coffee/tea and participation in all social functions (included excursion to the Briksdal Glacier with conference dinner). Payment of the registration fee should be made in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).
Registration fee will be NOK 8 000 with registration before 1 May 2026, and NOK 9 500 after 1 May.
For students, the registration fee is NOK 3 500. Registration fee for accompanying person is NOK 2 000 which includes the excursion to the Briksdal Glacier with conference dinner and morning and afternoon coffee/tea.
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat. In case of cancellation, the fee(s) minus 10% handling charge will be refunded, provided that the request for refunding is made before 10 May 2026. No refund of the registration fee can be made after this date.
If the symposium is cancelled by the organizers, fees already paid will be refunded. Further recourse is excluded.
Confirmation of registration will be sent to you when the total payment has been registered. Payment for accommodation and airport transfer should be made directly to the hotel upon departure.
