The registration fee cover attendance to all scientific sessions and short courses, and one copy of Book of Abstracts. It also includes morning and afternoon coffee/tea and participation in all social functions (included excursion to the Briksdal Glacier with conference dinner). Payment of the registration fee should be made in Norwegian Krone (NOK).
Registration fee will be NOK 7000 with registration before April 22, 2024, and NOK 9000 after April 22. For students, the registration fee is NOK 3500. Registration fee for accompanying persons is NOK 2000 (included excursion to the Briksdal Glacier with conference dinner and morning and afternoon coffee/tea).
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat. In case of cancellation, the fee(s) minus 10% handling charge will be refunded, provided that the request for refunding is made before May 10, 2024. No refund of the registration fee can be made after this date.
If the symposium is cancelled by the organisers, fees already paid will be refunded. Further recourse is excluded.
Confirmation of registration will be sent to you when total payment has been registered. Payment for accommodation and airport transfer should be made directly to the hotel upon departure.
